Role Description The Consultant – Education & Public Policy is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves advising educational institutions and public sector stakeholders on how to leverage VidyaAI to improve teaching effectiveness, student outcomes, and policy implementation. The consultant will conduct needs assessments, analyze existing education policies and practices, and recommend data-driven strategies aligned with institutional and governmental priorities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with educators and decision makers, preparing policy briefs and concept notes,



designing pilot programs, and supporting implementation and evaluation of VidyaAI-powered initiatives. The consultant will collaborate closely with product, customer success, and research teams to translate field insights into platform enhancements and thought leadership content.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Educational Consulting and Education to understand institutional needs, curricula, and learning outcomes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Consulting and Communication to conduct stakeholder interviews, present recommendations, and prepare clear reports and policy briefs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Communication to support institutional partners, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive, professional experience.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret educational data and policy documents.
- Experience working with schools, universities, government agencies, or education-focused NGOs is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with education technology, learning analytics, or AI in education is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Delhi, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
