Job Summary

Rawat Educational Group is looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Supervisor to oversee construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance activities across our educational campuses. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, coordinating contractors, monitoring work quality, ensuring site safety, and completing assigned projects within the planned timeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction and civil work activities at project sites.
- Manage and coordinate labourers, masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Check the quality and quantity of construction materials received at the site.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and management.
- Maintain daily records of manpower, materials, work progress, and site activities.
- Ensure proper utilisation of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction or safety issues.
- Ensure workers follow required safety procedures and use appropriate safety equipment.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues to avoid delays.




- Verify measurements and assist in checking work quantities and contractor bills.
- Prepare regular progress updates and reports for management.
- Ensure the construction site remains clean, organised, and safe.
- Perform other construction-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction/site supervision preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, building materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read basic construction drawings and understand measurements.
- Good manpower and contractor management skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and quality standards.
- Must be responsible, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
