Position: Philippines - Operations Manager

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead our expansion into the Philippines. Based in Hyderabad, this individual will be responsible for establishing and scaling the company's international operations, including business registration, compliance, hiring, vendor management, office setup, and ongoing operational governance. The role requires strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end setup of business operations in the Philippines
- Coordinate legal entity registration, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Establish office infrastructure, facilities, and operational processes.
- Build and manage local teams, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all operational decisions.
- Manage relationships with local vendors, consultants, and government agencies.
- Develop budgets,



monitor operating costs, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Partner with executive leadership on expansion strategies and execution.
- Create SOPs, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
- Travel internationally when required for business setup and operational reviews.

Must-Have Skills

- Experience setting up current offices, GCCs, BPOs, Captive Centers, or international entities.
- Strong understanding of business operations, compliance, and administration.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- P&L; and budget management experience.
- Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
