Computer Service Engineer will handle diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, and IT networking equipment for customers of Sheejas IT Mall Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair laptop & desktop hardware/software issues
- Install OS, drivers, antivirus, and applications
- Handle HP laptop service & warranty support (authorized HP store work)
- Troubleshoot networking, WiFi, printer, and server-related issues
- Provide onsite and in-store customer support
- Maintain service reports and spare parts records

Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Computer Hardware or IT
- 1–3 years experience in computer/laptop service preferred
- Knowledge of Windows, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
- Positive customer handling skills
- 2 Wheeler Driving License

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,500.00 - ₹30,500.00 per month
