Handle day-to-day office and operational activities. Perform computer-based work including data entry, Excel, online portals and record maintenance. Maintain accurate customer, job and work-related records.
Coordinate with customers and internal departments for smooth processing of work. Handle receiving and delivery-related documentation. Prepare and update daily operational reports. Check entries and documents carefully to ensure accuracy.
Follow company procedures and maintain proper records. Support billing, job card and other back-office activities as required. Coordinate with the branch team to ensure work is completed on time. Handle basic customer queries professionally.
Perform any other operational or administrative work assigned by the Branch In-charge.
