1.Position: Computer Operator
Department: Operations
Reports To: Operation Head /Manager.
Job Purpose To handle day-to-day computer operations, data entry, documentation, record maintenance, and preparation of reports while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and computer-related work.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Prepare reports, statements, letters, notices, and other documents.
- Handle MS Excel, MS Word, email, and other office applications.
- Maintain attendance, employee, operational, and administrative records as assigned.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain proper filing of soft and hard-copy documents.
- Scan, print, photocopy, and organize documents as required.
- Enter and update data in ERP/software systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
- Coordinate with different departments for required information and reports.
- Perform any other computer or administrative work assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Internet/Email.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/software applications.
- Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification & Experience Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate with good computer knowledge.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
2.Position: Store Executive
Department: Stores
Reports To: Store In-Charge
Job Purpose To manage day-to-day store operations, inventory records, material inward and outward activities, stock verification, and proper storage of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inward and outward movement of materials.
- Receive materials and verify quantity and details against Purchase Orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material receipt notes, issue slips, and stock registers.
- Maintain accurate records of all store materials.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the reporting manager about shortage, excess, or material requirements.
- Issue materials to departments as per authorized requirements.
- Ensure proper identification, arrangement, and storage of materials.
- Maintain records of consumables, tools, spare parts, and other store items.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Reconcile physical stock with system/register records and report discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of store-related records.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Operations, Workshop for material-related requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the store area.
- Monitor damaged, expired, obsolete, or unused materials and report them to the concerned authority.
- Maintain proper control over store keys, documents, and inventory records.
- Perform other store-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory and store management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer-based stock records.
- Knowledge of GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and material documentation.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to conduct stock verification and reconciliation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification & Experience Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate; Diploma in Store Management will be an advantage.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in store, inventory, warehouse, or material management preferred.
Pay: ₹8,264.11 - ₹15,000.00 per month
