Role Description The Compliance Officer role at Arham Share is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhinagar.

The Compliance

Officer will oversee adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies across all business operations, including broking, trading, depository, mutual fund, and insurance activities. Daily responsibilities include monitoring transactions and processes for compliance, conducting internal audits and risk assessments, preparing and maintaining regulatory reports and documentation, and staying current with SEBI and other relevant regulations. The role involves advising management and staff on compliance matters, developing and updating compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures,



and coordinating with regulators and external auditors as needed.

The Compliance

Officer will also support training and awareness initiatives to promote a strong compliance culture across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong Compliance Management skills, including implementation and oversight of internal policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance, with knowledge of SEBI and other relevant financial regulations.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for reviewing transactions, identifying risks, and interpreting regulatory requirements.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, management, regulators, and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Finance and capital markets, including equity, currency, commodities, and related products.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field; skilled certifications in compliance or securities regulation are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a compliance role within a brokerage, financial services, or capital markets environment is preferred.
- Ability to work with attention to detail, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment under regulatory scrutiny.
