We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of corporate governance and statutory compliance to support our compliance and secretarial functions.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI)
- Preferred 6 months or more of experience with a BSE/NSE-listed company
- Sound knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliances applicable to listed entities
- Familiarity with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, and other applicable corporate laws
- Experience in conducting Board and Committee Meetings, preparing agendas, drafting minutes, maintaining statutory registers, and handling regulatory filings
- Solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments while ensuring timely compliance
