Role OverviewWe are looking for a Community Manager to own resident experience, community engagement, events, partnerships and revenue-generating initiatives across FF21 properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Management: Build strong resident relationships, drive engagement and improve overall resident experience.
- Events: Plan and execute regular events, activities and experiences across properties, from ideation and budgeting to execution and reporting.
- Revenue Generation: Identify and execute opportunities to generate revenue through paid events, experiences, brand activations and community initiatives.
- Partnerships: Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships with brands, gyms, salons, cafés,
experiences and other relevant businesses, with a focus on both resident value and revenue generation.
- Marketing & Promotion: Work with the creative/social media team to promote events, partnerships and community initiatives across WhatsApp, app and social media.
- Resident Engagement: Drive participation through campaigns, contests, activities, app engagement and community initiatives.
- Team Management: Manage and coordinate Community Associates and ensure smooth execution across assigned properties.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Manage vendors, negotiations, budgets, logistics and event requirements.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track event performance, revenue, participation, partnerships and resident feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in community management, events, hospitality, experiential marketing, customer experience or similar roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Creative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple properties, projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- - Experience in revenue generation, partnerships or event sales is a strong advantage.
