Role Description The Communications Specialist and Public Speaking Teacher will support Fantastiqo’s mission by developing and delivering communication-focused lessons and public speaking training to learners in an online setting. This contract, remote role involves preparing and teaching virtual classes, creating engaging instructional materials, and guiding students in speech structure, presentation skills, and confidence-building. The role includes drafting clear written content for educational communications, collaborating with colleagues on program messaging, and providing feedback to learners through assignments, presentations, and practice sessions.





The specialist will also help maintain consistent internal communication about course updates, schedules, and learner progress.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Strategic Communications skills, with the ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Writing and Press Releases to create transparent, compelling, and professional content for educational and promotional use.
- Candidates should possess Internal Communications skills to support collaboration, share updates, and maintain alignment across teaching and administrative teams.
- Candidates should have demonstrated experience teaching public speaking, presentation skills, or related communication courses, preferably in an online environment.
- Candidates should have excellent spoken and written English, strong classroom management in virtual settings, and the ability to engage learners of varied ages and backgrounds.
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, English, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in public speaking or training are an advantage.
- Prior experience in curriculum design, e-learning tools, and video conferencing platforms is beneficial, along with a reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup.
