Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Communications Specialist and Public Speaking Teacher. The role involves designing and delivering online lessons, workshops, and coaching sessions that help learners build strong communication and public speaking skills. The specialist will create clear, engaging content for presentations, learning materials, and internal communication, while also supporting strategic communication initiatives across the organization.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting announcements and press materials, coordinating with academic and marketing teams, providing individualized feedback to learners,



and using digital tools to track progress and improve teaching effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Internal Communications skills to engage learners and collaborate with teams effectively.
- Candidates should possess Writing and Press Releases skills to prepare clear educational content and external communication materials.
- Candidates should possess Strategic Communications skills to support the organization’s messaging and educational initiatives.
- Experience teaching public speaking, debate, or presentation skills in online or classroom settings.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, use digital learning platforms, and adapt teaching style to diverse learner needs.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and confidence in delivering sessions to groups of varying sizes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, English, or a related field; a teaching or training certification is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in a remote work environment, and genuine interest in innovative, learner-centered education.
