Commis 1 / 2 / 3 – Pre-Opening Restaurant

We are looking for passionate and hardworking Commis 1, Commis 2 & Commis 3 to join the kitchen team of a pre-opening restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation.
- Follow recipes, portion controls and kitchen procedures.
- Keep the workstation clean, organized and well maintained.
- Support senior chefs during service and preparation.
- Work across Asian Wok, Pizza and Continental sections as required.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred.




- Candidates with relevant culinary training/freshers may also apply for Commis 3.
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Positive attitude, discipline and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
- Team player with positive communication skills.
