Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager with robust expertise in transport operations, commercial accounting, Channel Partners management and financial reconciliation. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day commercial activities, finalizing rate contracts, Commissions, Credit controls.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fixing Targets and ensuring the achieving the same
2. Ensuring the submission of invoices to all credit customers.
3. On time collection of outstanding as per credit period
4. On boaring new Channel Partners as per the company procedure
5. Taking disciplinary actions on erring channel partners
6. Making and maintaining the godowns agreements.
7. Reviewing the Hub business performance
8. Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of all transactions.
9.



Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance teams for smooth financial operations.
10. Maintain accurate commercial records, registers, invoices, bills, receipts, and supporting documents.
11. Prepare regular MIS and commercial reports for management.
12. Monitor outstanding payments and receivables from agents/customers.
13. Monitor the performance of commercial activities and ensure process compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in Transport, Logistics, Commercial, or Fleet Operations.
- Candidates with strong experience in Transport
- Local candidates are preferred.
