Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of telecallers and field collection executives . Monitor daily collection performance and ensure assigned targets are achieved . Allocate cases, leads, and delinquent accounts among team members.

Track PTP (Promise to Pay), payments, settlements, and follow-ups . Conduct daily team briefings and review pending and overdue cases. Handle difficult, high-value, and escalated customer cases. Coordinate with bank/client representatives and internal management for case updates.

Monitor field visits and ensure proper visit remarks and customer details are updated. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel. Ensure timely updating of collection remarks, payment details, and settlement cases.

Train and guide team members to improve productivity and collection performance. Ensure all collection activities follow company policies, legal requirements, and skilled customer communication standards. Identify non-performing or difficult cases and plan appropriate follow-up strategies.
