Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven and field-orientated collections manager who will anchor the following:

- EMI collections and recovery (secured loan portfolio)
- Field collections operations and team management
- Soft & hard bucket resolution
- Client coordination and follow-ups
- Collection, MIS and performance tracking
- Escalation handling and compliance adherence

This role is critical in ensuring strong portfolio performance, controlled delinquency, and efficient recovery mechanisms across both tele and field collections.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage end-to-end collections and recovery for loan portfolios
- Drive field collections strategy, including allocation, monitoring, and productivity of field executives
- Handle EMI collections through tele-calling and field visits
- Oversee soft and hard bucket collections, ensuring maximum resolution efficiency
- Maintain strong client management and follow-up mechanisms
- Deliver on collection KPIs and performance metrics
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure adherence to Code of Conduct and regulatory compliance
- Maintain proper documentation and action tracking for soft bucket cases
- Coordinate on legal escalation mechanisms when required
- Prepare and manage MIS reports, collection dashboards, and field performance reports

What We Are Looking For

- Robust experience in Collections & Recovery (Loans/NBFC)
- Hands-on exposure to Field Collections + telephone collections
- Proven ability to manage field teams and drive recovery performance
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with ability to work in a target-driven environment
