? Hiring: Collection Executive – MacG Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Dear Candidate, We are hiring Collection Executives for our Bangalore office. ? Job Location: Bangalore, Kudlu Gate Job Responsibilities:
Contact customers regarding overdue loan payments.
Negotiate and convince customers to make timely payments.
Follow up on payment commitments (PTPs).
Update collection remarks and customer interactions in the system.
Maintain professional communication and follow company compliance guidelines.
Achieve monthly collection targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
Positive communication skills in English and any regional language (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam preferred).
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Salary: As per experience + Attractive Incentives Working Days: Monday to Saturday
