About Ferg: Based in beautiful Queenstown where fun and adventure exists all year round, Fergburger started as a hole in a wall down a hard to find alley in 2001. Our focus was on our customers and ensuring they have the best experience & providing the highest quality of food - something we still take pride in today. Fergburger proved to be extremely popular with the locals and tourists, so from 2011 Fergbaker was born and since then we have gone on to open two Mrs Ferg Gelateria stores, Ferg's Bar and most recently Fergbutcher.

About The Role

This isn't your average cocktail bar. Open from 7am, we serve everything from top-tier breakfasts and bold Bloody Mary's, to fast-paced Tapas and the highest quality, creative cocktails. Responsibilities

- Craft high end cocktails, at pace!




- Deliver expert recommendations on spirits, wines and cocktails
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience during every interaction
- Help keep Ferg's Bar clean and presentable for our guests and team to enjoy
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Create effective relationships with the Kitchen and waitstaff team to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements

- Previous experience in working in a fast-paced bar or restaurant
- High standard of grooming and presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- An ability to work quickly, multitasking to make everything about our guests
- Demonstrate knowledge on classic cocktails, spirits, wines etc.
- Coffee/barista skills an advantage
- Flexibility in rosters
- Full time role - 40-45 hours per week
