Build. Lead. Scale. Own. We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Co-Founder to join us in building and scaling a high-growth business.

This opportunity is ideal for a senior qualified who has 10–15 years of strong industry experience and is ready to move beyond a corporate career to build and lead a business of their own.

? Ideal Candidate

- Graduate/Postgraduate from IITs or other premier institutions
- 10–15 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in business development, strategy, operations, sales, technology, or entrepreneurship
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent business communication and networking abilities
- Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset
- Demonstrated ability to build businesses, teams, partnerships, or new ventures
- Strong understanding of market trends, customers, and revenue generation
- Comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and taking calculated risks
- Passionate about entrepreneurship and building a long-term venture

? Role & Responsibilities As a Co-Founder, you will play a key role in:

- Developing and executing the company's business strategy
- Driving revenue and business growth
- Building strategic partnerships and key client relationships
- Developing new business opportunities
- Building and leading high-performing teams
- Managing business operations and processes




- Contributing to product/service development
- Creating scalable systems and processes
- Fundraising/investor relationships, where applicable
- Taking key strategic decisions alongside the founding team
