As we prepare to bring out of stealth what we believe could become the world's participation network, we're looking for one more person to join the founding team.

Our ambition isn't to build another consumer app.

We're attempting to build a new internet layer where meaningful participation simultaneously powers consumer experiences, customer acquisition, distribution and structured human intelligence.

If we get this right, we're not building for India alone. We're building an internet company from India, for the world.

The title may begin as Head of Operations, but the responsibility is that of a co-founder. As the company scales, so should the role, ultimately culminating in Chief Operating Officer.

The road ahead is anything but defined.

There are no departments. No playbook. No clear .

Some days we’ll be closing partnerships.

Other days we'll be hiring, closing partnerships, fixing operations, speaking with investors, solving legal issues, or doing things nobody anticipated that morning.

That's exactly why we're looking for someone who enjoys operating in ambiguity.

Who we're looking for?

- 10–12+ years of rigorous operating experience.
- Someone who still hasn't given up hustle mode.
- High agency. Low ego.




- Comfortable taking ownership without waiting for instructions.
- Wants to build, not just join, a company.
- Believes the next decade of their career deserves something meaningful.

Commitment & Remuneration

Until we close our first institutional round, this will be a part-time commitment, allowing both of us to build conviction before going all in. Once the round is closed, the role transitions to a full-time founding position, with a market-competitive salary and 10% co-founder equity. We're looking for someone who sees this as building a company over the next decade, not simply taking up another role.

Skin in the game

We're looking for someone willing to invest ₹10 lakh alongside joining as a co-founder.

This investment is independent of co-founder equity and will convert separately through a SECURE during our first institutional financing.

The intent is less about funding the business, and more about alignment.

When founders carry the same downside, they usually build with a very different mindset.
