Role Description The Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of Sarvodaya Greens. This full-time, on-site position in Chandigarh, India involves leading business development initiatives, building partnerships with farmers, agri-entrepreneurs, financial institutions, and government bodies, and identifying new market opportunities in protected cultivation and agricultural infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing key projects,



collaborating with technical and field teams to ensure timely and quality execution, and guiding financial and subsidy-related processes to support clients.

The Co-Founder will also contribute to brand positioning, marketing activities, and sales strategies, while setting performance goals, monitoring metrics, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive organizational culture.

- Relevant experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or infrastructure projects; prior startup or founding experience is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, travel to project locations, and manage cross-functional teams with a hands-on leadership style.
- Robust problem-solving mindset, comfort with data-driven decision-making, and resilience in a dynamic growth environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.
