What we’re looking for

Background in Cosmetic Technology, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering

4+ years of experience in personal care, cosmetics, skincare and hair care.





Strong understanding of product development, formulations, ingredients, sourcing and manufacturing A commercially sharp, entrepreneurial mindset

- An MBA or management degree would be an advantage
