Position: - CNC Machine Operator Trainer

Locations: Mumbai, Amravati, Nagpur.

Qualification: B.E. /B Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Electronics in Mechanical.

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience

Skills Required:

Hands on experience (industry) in CNC Milling and Turning Technology. (Any controller)

a. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.

b. Knowledge of CNC programming and the ability to write and edit CNC code.

c. Understanding of machining processes, tool selection, and cutting parameters.

d. Hands-on experience with CNC milling and turning machines is a must.

e. Adherence to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working setting.

f. Knowledge of the risks associated with CNC machining and the ability to implement safety measures.

Other Desirable skills:

Capability to develop training presentations, handouts, and supplementary materials to enhance training programs under guidance.

b. Able to contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training operations.

c. Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

d. Ability to create effective assessments to evaluate the understanding and progress of learners.

e. Skill in providing constructive feedback to support learner development.

f. Clear and effective communication skills to convey information, concepts, and instructions to learners.
