CLUB MANAGER – FITNESS & GYM OPERATIONS

Rethink Fitness is hiring an experienced Club Manager for our Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi location.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take complete ownership of the club’s overall operations, team, member experience and revenue.

The Club Manager will work closely with the Founder and will be responsible for ensuring that the club runs smoothly, the team performs well and both individual and overall business targets are achieved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own individual membership sales targets as well as the overall club sales target
- Drive membership sales, renewals, referrals and conversions
- Drive Personal Training sales, conversions and renewals
- Manage, allocate and monitor Personal Trainers
- Lead, motivate and manage the fitness team
- Take ownership of gym floor operations and member experience
- Handle member concerns, complaints and retention
- Monitor gym equipment, maintenance, hygiene and overall club standards
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and team discipline
- Track daily, weekly and monthly performance
- Maintain basic sales, performance and MIS reports
- Identify operational and business issues and ensure timely resolution
- Work closely with the Founder to improve the overall performance of the club

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2





years of relevant experience in the gym, fitness club, health and wellness or similar industry
- Previous experience managing trainers, fitness staff or gym operations
- Solid understanding of membership sales and Personal Training sales
- Proven experience working with sales targets
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to manage both sales and operations
- Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets and basic reporting
- Strong ownership mindset and target-driven approach

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Candidates with previous experience as Club Manager, Gym Manager, Fitness Manager, Centre Manager, Assistant Club Manager or Senior Fitness Manager will be preferred.

Candidates who have independently handled gym operations, managed a team and achieved membership or PT targets will have an advantage.

SALARY : ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + performance-based incentives
