Project Role Description: Oversee application architecture and deployment in cloud platform environments -- including public cloud, private cloud and hybrid cloud. This can include cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring.

Summary As a Platform Architect, a typical day involves overseeing the design and deployment of application architectures within various cloud environments, including public, private, and hybrid clouds. This role requires continuous engagement with cloud adoption strategies, ensuring that applications are designed to leverage cloud capabilities effectively. The position also involves monitoring cloud platforms to maintain optimal performance and reliability, coordinating with multiple teams to align cloud solutions with organizational goals, and adapting to evolving cloud technologies to support business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.




- Lead the development and implementation of cloud architecture standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless cloud integration.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience in designing and managing cloud-based application architectures across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud adoption frameworks and cloud management tools.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into scalable cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes and their integration within cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
