About The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Technology Manager – Cloud Operations to lead complex cloud infrastructure and operations across multi-cloud and on-premises environments. The role requires strong leadership, cloud architecture, governance, security, cost optimization, and stakeholder management experience.

The ideal candidate will drive cloud transformation initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure secure, scalable, highly available, and cost-effective cloud operations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure & Operations

- Lead the design, implementation, and operations of complex cloud infrastructure environments.
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of cloud services.
- Define and maintain SLAs for uptime, performance, and service responsiveness.
- Implement monitoring and proactive incident management strategies.

Cloud Architecture & Transformation




- Design and operationalize multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
- Design multi-OEM on-premises cloud platforms using container technologies.
- Ensure seamless integration and interoperability across multiple cloud platforms.
- Advise senior leadership on cloud architecture, strategy, cloud assessment, suitability, and digital transformation initiatives.

Cost & Resource Optimization
- Develop strategies for effective and cost-efficient cloud resource utilization.
- Monitor cloud usage and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Establish governance policies for resource allocation and utilization.

Security & Compliance
- Establish and enforce cloud security and compliance standards.
- Oversee access controls, security protocols, and data protection strategies.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and organizational security requirements.
- Drive timely closure of security observations and compliance findings.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor cross-functional cloud operations and infrastructure teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, development, security, and business teams.
- Interface with senior bank/client officials for decision-making, information dissemination, project coordination, and timely closure of initiatives.
- Drive knowledge sharing, skill development,



and operational excellence across teams.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and implement industry best practices.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure cloud operations performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in cloud efficiency, reliability, and service delivery.

Required Skills

- 18+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, and IT Infrastructure Management.
- Robust experience managing complex multi-cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-premises environments.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional technology teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, governance, security, and compliance.
- Experience with multi-OEM cloud and container platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud cost optimization and resource management.
- Excellent stakeholder and senior management communication skills.
- Experience in BFSI/Banking environments will be an advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Certification Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.

Mandatory Certification: ITIL / PMP
