Role Description The Closing Manager – Real Estate will oversee end-to-end closing activities for property transactions, ensuring accurate documentation, timely funding, and smooth coordination among buyers, sellers, lenders, and internal teams. This full time, on-site role is based in Pune City and involves managing closing schedules, reviewing contracts and loan documents, and verifying compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

The Closing

Manager will track transaction status, resolve issues or discrepancies, and ensure that all conditions for closings and disbursements are met. The role includes close collaboration with sales teams,



financial institutions, and legal stakeholders, as well as maintaining organized records and providing clear communication to all parties throughout the closing process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Closings, including managing documentation, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Funding and Loans, including tracking disbursements, verifying loan conditions, and ensuring accurate financial settlement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Mortgage Lending, including understanding lending processes, compliance requirements, and lender communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales, including supporting sales teams, understanding deal structures, and maintaining client-focused communication.
- Relevant experience in real estate transactions, property documentation, or financial services is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with digital documentation and MS Office or similar tools are preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in real estate closing operations.
