Job Title: Client Service Manager

Location: Current Delhi Experience: 1 to 6 years

CTC : 4 TO 7LPA fixed + 5 to 6LPA Incentives + ESOPs

What Youll Do

- Be the face of Amitoje to our clientsbuild, nurture, and grow key relationships.
- Serve as the vital link between clients and internal teams (design, production, logistics).
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer relevant solutions from our suite of products and services.
- Coordinate and communicate clearly to resolve client queries or escalations promptly.
- Design and execute simple surveys or touchpoints to measure client satisfaction.




- Ensure smooth execution of repeat orders by maintaining high client delight.
- Keep the backend in order: update client info, monitor follow-ups, and ensure documentation is complete.

What Makes You a Great Fit: A degree in business, marketing, or any client-focused discipline.

1–4 years of experience in account management or client servicing (B2B experience is a plus).

Excellent verbal and written communication—both in English and Hindi. Strong follow-up skills and a sense of accountability—you’re the kind who never misses a deadline.

Calm, collected, and solutions-focused—even under pressure.
