Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship & Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end onboarding of clients for STRATIST.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.

- Digital Marketing & Design Execution

- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms.
- Support in content creation and design-related requirements.
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

- Operations & Payments

- Manage day-to-day operational activities of client accounts.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of client activities and transactions.

- Business Growth & Strategy

- Work closely with the leadership team to drive STRATIST's business growth.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.




- Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and overall revenue growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and design.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and design platforms (Canva/Adobe Suite).
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on time.
- Result-oriented with a growth mindset.
