About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Relationship & Digital Marketing Executive who can manage customer relationships while supporting the company's digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a basic understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM software or databases.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales or business development team.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Manage and update company social media platforms.
- Create engaging posts, reels, and marketing creatives using Canva.
- Assist in SEO, content marketing, and digital campaign activities.
- Monitor and support online marketing campaigns.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate leads through digital platforms and social media channels.
- Prepare basic performance reports and marketing updates.
- Support branding and online engagement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Telecalling, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and digital marketing knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, and Content Creation.
- Familiarity with Canva, MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
