To plan, coordinate, execute and monitor civil and interior works for new Hatti Kaapi café outlets, renovations, relocations and maintenance projects. The position will ensure that projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget and quality standards, while coordinating effectively with contractors, vendors, architects and internal departments.

1. Key Responsibilities. New Outlet & Renovation Projects

- Coordinate civil and interior works for current café outlets, renovations and refurbishment projects.

- Study approved drawings, BOQs, layouts and project specifications.

- Conduct site inspections and assess site readiness before commencement of work.

- Coordinate civil, flooring, masonry, plastering, painting, ceiling, plumbing and other related works.

- Ensure execution is as per approved Hatti Kaapi design standards and specifications.

- Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and identify delays immediately.

B. Contractor & Vendor Management

- Coordinate with civil contractors, interior contractors, fabricators and other project vendors.

- Obtain quotations and support comparison of contractor/vendor rates.

- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity at project sites.

- Verify work completion and contractor bills against actual site work.

- Ensure contractors follow safety, quality and housekeeping requirements.

- Coordinate rectification of defective or incomplete works.

Planning & Monitoring

- Prepare project schedules and track daily/weekly progress.

- Maintain project-wise status reports covering:

- Project progress

- Planned vs. actual completion

- Material availability

- Contractor status

- Cost status

- Pending approvals

- Site issues

- Escalate critical delays, cost overruns and technical issues to the reporting manager.

- Coordinate with Operations, SCM, Purchase, Finance, IT, Electrical,



Kitchen Equipment and other departments for timely project completion.

D. Cost & Material Control

- Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets.

- Assist in preparation and verification of BOQs and estimates.

- Ensure materials are used efficiently and avoid unnecessary wastage.

- Check quantities received and consumed at project sites.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

E. Quality & Compliance

- Ensure civil works meet approved specifications and quality standards.

- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare snag lists.

- Ensure all identified snags are closed before project handover.

- Coordinate with relevant teams for statutory and building-related requirements wherever applicable.

- Ensure proper documentation of project approvals, drawings, measurements and completion records.

Handover

- Conduct final inspection before outlet handover.

- Prepare and close punch/snag lists.

- Ensure all civil and interior works are completed before the opening date.

- Coordinate with Operations and other departments for smooth outlet handover.

- Maintain project completion documentation, photographs and vendor records.

- Adherence to approved project budget.

- Quality of civil and interior execution.

- Reduction in project delays and rework.

- Timely closure of snags.

- Effective contractor/vendor management.

- Compliance with Hatti Kaapi design and project standards.

- Successful handover of outlets before scheduled opening dates.

1. Qualifications

For Junior Executive – Civil Projects:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in civil, interior, retail, QSR, café, restaurant or commercial projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
