Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Delhi, India.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing infrastructure and construction projects in alignment with company standards and government specifications. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design drawings and technical reports, performing site inspections, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and authorities, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental norms. The role involves managing stormwater and drainage systems,



monitoring project progress, resolving technical issues, and supporting timely, specification-compliant delivery.

The Civil

Engineer will also contribute to cost estimation, material selection, and documentation required for regulatory approvals and audits.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to interpret drawings, codes, and specifications.
- Planning and project coordination skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and progress tracking.
- Stormwater Management and related infrastructure design skills, including drainage, sewer, and water systems.
- Professional experience as a Civil Engineer on infrastructure or construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Knowledge of Indian standards, government norms, and regulatory compliance for civil works.
- Proficiency with engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD or equivalent) and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and site supervision abilities, with attention to safety and quality control.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Registration with a qualified engineering body and prior experience in ISO or quality-managed environments is an advantage.
