Experience: 4+ yrs. Experience in similar role

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Execute RCC & Finishing Work with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure rigorous Quality Control measures are implemented throughout the project.
- Manage Work Progress effectively, ensuring timelines are met.
- Conduct thorough Drawings Study for accurate project implementation.
- Actively participate in and contribute to project meetings.
- Engage in constructive discussions on Work Progress with Contractors, RCC, MEP, and Architect Consultants for drawing and execution cycle of the project
- Oversee Billing Work to maintain transparency and accuracy.
- Candidate should be well versed in AutoCAD , Power point and excel. Knowledge of MSP will be an added advantage

9.Experience in Luxury High-Rise Residential Projects will be an added advantage
