We’re Hiring: Civil Engineer – Site Operations

BRACE INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD. is embarking on a new phase of project expansion and we are looking for a agile, field-ready Civil Engineer to join our site operations team.

Position Details

- Position: Civil Engineer – Site Operations
- Location: Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar, Odisha
- Work Mode: On-site
- Experience: 4–5 years of relevant site civil execution experience.
- Industry Preference: Construction companies; experience with an engineering consultancy will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.by coordinating with site workers and subcontractors,
- Ensure that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress, material usage, workmanship, and compliance with safety requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Prepare site reports,



progress updates, measurements, and other project documentation.
- Support effective communication between the project site, consultants, clients, and management.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in civil site execution to lead site workers and construction.
- Practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality control, and site coordination.
- Ability to lead site workers and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates who can join at short notice may be preferred.
