Role & responsibilities
Civil Engineer (Retail Projects / Store Expansion)
- Ideal Experience: 5- 10 years
- Retail / commercial interior projects
- Experience in store setup / fit-outs
- Knowledge of in Electrical, HVAC, plumbing coordination
CORE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Store construction & execution:
- Civil work interior work coordination
- Vendor & contractor management
- Handling multiple contractors
- Layout understanding
- Working with architects for store design
- Knowledge of rack placement, customer flow
- Budget knowledge
- Cost estimation & cost control
- Timeline management
- Opening stores on schedule
- Experience in supermarket chains / malls
