- Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, design review, and execution of sports infrastructure projects from concept through completion.
- Review and approve civil engineering drawings, structural layouts, specifications, BOQs, and construction methodologies.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, landscape consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
- Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, quantity take-offs, and tender documents.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with applicable codes and organizational standards.
- Review contractor bills, variations, change orders, and work completion certifications.
- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, environmental regulations, and local building codes.




- Coordinate procurement of construction materials and evaluate technical submittals.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting using project management tools.
- Mentor junior engineers and site teams while promoting best engineering practices.
- Maintain project documentation, technical reports, inspection records, and progress reports.
- Participate in client meetings, consultant reviews, and project coordination discussions.
- QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum 0–10 years of experience in civil engineering and construction projects.
- Experience in stadiums, sports facilities, commercial buildings, institutional projects, or large infrastructure developments is preferred.
- Qualified certifications in Project Management or Quality Management are desirable.
