Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Civil Engineer to join our Projects/Construction team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil construction activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that construction is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential/commercial real estate construction, preferably with a Builder/Developer in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site execution.
- Ensure work is as per approved drawings, specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects and internal teams.
- Monitor quality, materials, workmanship and project progress.
- Review drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Check measurements and assist with contractor bill verification.




- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Coordinate with MEP teams and ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, waterproofing, masonry and general civil works.
- Ability to read civil, structural and architectural drawings.
- Valuable contractor coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
