Company Description Trrivo is building the next generation of dining technology, connecting smart restaurants with the future of highway dining through a unified technology ecosystem. The company’s first phase focuses on a Smart Restaurant OS, helping restaurants, cafés, bistros, and dhabas digitize their in-restaurant experience with contactless QR ordering, dynamic digital menus, streamlined kitchen order flow, and integrated digital payments. Guests can scan, browse, order, pay, and track their food directly from their smartphones, enabling faster table turnover and improved staff efficiency.

In its second phase, Trrivo is creating a highway dining network that lets travelers discover verified dining stops, pre-order meals, and time food preparation to their arrival using GPS-based triggers. The long-term vision is to evolve Trrivo into a complete Restaurant Operating System and nationwide highway dining network that connects restaurants, kitchens, travelers, and highway services.

Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Trrivo is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for leading the company’s technology vision and execution across the Smart Restaurant OS and highway dining network. This role involves defining and driving the technical roadmap, overseeing end-to-end software development, and ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable architecture for consumer-facing and B2B platforms. The CTO will collaborate closely with product, operations, and leadership teams to align technology initiatives with business goals, prioritize features,



and deliver high-impact product releases.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing engineering teams, establishing development standards and best practices, guiding system integration and infrastructure decisions, and monitoring performance and innovation across all technology layers. The CTO will also play a key role in building technical partnerships, evaluating emerging technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and inclusive leadership within the technology organization.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Software Development and Product Development, with experience building and scaling digital platforms and consumer-facing applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT Strategy and Architecture, including designing robust, secure, and scalable systems and cloud-based infrastructures.
- Proven Project Management capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams, managing complex technology roadmaps, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Experience in setting technical direction, establishing engineering standards, and mentoring multidisciplinary technology teams.
- Background in high-growth technology, SaaS, or platform businesses; exposure to hospitality, food-tech, or mobility domains is an advantage.
- Proficiency with modern technology stacks, APIs, microservices, data security, and performance optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
