What will you do?As our CTO, you will work closely with the Founder & CEO to transform business ideas into scalable, secure, and high-performing technology products.

You will lead the complete technology journey—from idea and architecture to development, deployment, scaling, and optimisation.

Key Areas You’ll Lead• Technology strategy and product roadmap

- Scalable system architecture and cloud infrastructure
- AI-powered products, LLMs, AI agents, and automation
- Data platforms, analytics, customer data, and audience solutions
- APIs and integrations with advertising, marketing, CRM, and enterprise platforms
- SaaS and digital product development




- Engineering, DevOps, QA, Data, AI/ML, and Security teams
- Platform scalability, reliability, performance, and cost optimisation
- Cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology governance

We’re Looking for Someone Who✔ Has 10–15+ years of technology experience

✔ Has worked as a CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, Technical Co-founder, or senior technology leader

✔ Has experience building and scaling products from zero to scale

✔ Has strong expertise in system design, architecture, cloud, APIs, data, and security

✔ Understands AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and automation

✔ Has experience managing and building high-performing engineering teams

✔ Can think beyond technology and understand revenue, costs, scalability, product monetisation, and business impact

Technology ExposureExperience with technologies such as Python, Node.js, Java, Go, React, Next.js, AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, Kafka, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and AI/LLM ecosystems will be an advantage.
