I Support Foundation is a Lucknow-based organization dedicated to supporting children with autism through structured therapy, education, and family guidance. About the Role
We're looking for a Psychologist who wants to make a real difference in the lives of autistic children. This isn't a routine clinical role you'll be working closely with children, families, and our therapy team to design and support individualized intervention plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments for children with autism and related developmental needs
- Design and support individualized behavioral and developmental intervention plans
- Work closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and special educators as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Counsel and guide parents through diagnosis, progress, and home-based strategies
- Maintain case documentation and track child progress over time
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Psychology (Clinical/Child/Special Education preferred)
- Prior experience with autism or special needs children is a solid plus
- Genuine passion for working with children this matters more to us than years of experience
- Strong communication skills in English , especially with parents and families
