Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technology-driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, product development, engineering teams, and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, AI Agents, Generative AI, Data Engineering,

Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, and Cloud technologies, along with the ability to manage technical and sales teams.

The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of the technology function, building scalable solutions, leading technical teams, and driving the development of AI-powered products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the company's overall technology and AI strategy.

Lead the development and implementation of Agentic AI and AI Agent solutions.

Build and manage engineering, AI/ML, data, cybersecurity, and technical teams.

Oversee end-to-end product development, architecture, deployment, and scalability.

Drive AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics initiatives.

Design scalable microservices and cloud-based architectures.

Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, orchestration, and DevOps practices.

Ensure strong cybersecurity, data security, governance, and compliance practices.

Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams on technical proposals, solutioning,

client discussions, and pre-sales.

Provide technical leadership during client meetings and business opportunities.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, libraries, and tools and identify opportunities for implementation.

Build a strong technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML and data-driven solutions.

Experience leading engineering and technology teams.

Strong understanding of modern cloud, data, AI, and cybersecurity ecosystems.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Must be willing to work on-site from Hyderabad.
