At Dot & Key, we’re looking for a sharp, high-energy Chief of Staff to work closely with the founders and help drive the next phase of growth for one of India’s fastest-growing skincare brands.

What You’ll Do ✨

- Partner with leadership on growth strategy, launches, campaigns, and big brand bets
- Drive cross-functional execution across Brand, Growth, Influencer, Product, E-commerce, and Sales
- Own dashboards, business insights, and leadership reviews
- Lead high-impact projects and keep teams aligned, fast, and accountable
- Bring structure, speed, and smart problem-solving to everything marketing

Who You Are ?

- 3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, marketing, founder’s office, or high-growth D2C/FMCG brands
- Analytical, organized, and extremely execution-focused
- Someone who can think strategically but also get things done quick
- MBA preferred
