Role Description The Chief Growth Officer at Virtual Bhoomika will lead overall growth strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission to drive business success for clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lucknow and involves overseeing sales, business development, and marketing initiatives to expand the company’s client base and revenue.

Day-to-day responsibilities include setting growth targets, designing and refining go-to-market strategies, managing key client relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The Chief Growth

Officer will analyze market trends and performance metrics, optimize digital and offline campaigns,



and identify new opportunities for product and service expansion. This role also includes mentoring the growth team, implementing efficient processes, and collaborating closely with leadership to support sustainable, measurable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, sales management, and business development skills, with a track record of achieving growth targets.
- Experience in marketing and digital marketing, including campaign planning, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Proven ability to design and execute growth strategies for startups or scaling businesses.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, including proficiency in using analytics tools and interpreting market insights.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience with process automation, CRM tools, and sales enablement platforms is beneficial.
