Chief General TechnicianJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Chief General Technician with robust knowledge of automobiles and vehicle inspection. The candidate should be capable of identifying vehicle issues, evaluating overall vehicle condition, and guiding technicians to maintain high-quality inspection standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect vehicles thoroughly and identify mechanical, electrical and cosmetic issues.
- Check engine, transmission, clutch, suspension, steering, brakes and tyres.
- Diagnose AC, electrical and electronic system issues.
- Inspect vehicles of different brands and models.
- Conduct detailed pre-purchase and quality inspections.
- Identify accident damage, repair history and major vehicle defects.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify technical faults.
- Prepare accurate inspection reports and communicate findings clearly.
- Guide and supervise technicians during vehicle inspection and diagnosis.




- Ensure inspection quality and follow standard operating procedures.
- Support the team in resolving complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on new vehicle technologies and EV systems.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: 10th Pass or above.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant automobile/technician experience.
- Driving Licence (DL): Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of all major car brands and models.
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and AC systems.
- Knowledge of EV vehicles will be an added advantage.
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently inspect and evaluate vehicles.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.
- Notice Period: 2–4 weeks preferred.
