Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO)shall have a hands-on, commercially oriented CFO with robust expertise in costing, CMA, P&L; management, manufacturing finance, plant coordination, and business planning.

The CFO will manage financial planning and budgeting, lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting for internal stakeholders and external regulators.

This role includes monitoring cash flow, managing capital allocation,



and supporting strategic decision-making through detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis. The CFO will collaborate with executive leadership on long-term growth strategies, implement robust internal controls, oversee audits.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to work closely with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales and Operations teams, understand product and process costing, identify cost leakages, manage working capital, and drive overall plant profitability.

Qualifications

- We are looking for a hands-on, commercially oriented CFO with solid expertise in costing, CMA, P&L; management, manufacturing finance, plant coordination, and business planning.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Shall have 12–18 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
- Experience in Electrical / Electronics / Engineering / Sheet Metal / Manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Must have hands-on experience in product costing and plant-level P&L; management.
- Should be comfortable spending time on the shop floor and working directly with the Production team.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to convert financial data into operational decisions.
