Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Delhi, India. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning across Aurafest’s business units.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining robust internal controls, and managing compliance with regulatory and tax requirements. The CFO will collaborate closely with the founding team and business heads on investment decisions, capital allocation, risk management, and performance metrics,



while leading and mentoring the finance team. The role also involves developing financial strategies to support growth, optimizing financial systems and processes, and providing clear, data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance and Financial Planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with experience in regulatory and tax compliance.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, evaluating risks, and supporting strategic decisions.
- Extensive experience in corporate finance leadership roles, preferably in diversified or high-growth organizations.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead finance teams, implement robust internal controls, and optimize financial systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven track record in partnering with senior leadership on strategy, investments, and performance management.
