Role Description The Chief Executive Officer at DOT Fairs will provide strategic leadership, set the company vision, and drive growth for the digital trade show platform. This full-time remote role involves overseeing business development, product strategy, and operational performance, while ensuring alignment with market needs and long-term goals. The CEO will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, manage key stakeholder relationships, and represent the company in partnerships and industry engagements.

Responsibilities include establishing financial and performance targets, monitoring KPIs, guiding resource allocation, and ensuring effective communication across the organization.



The CEO will also champion innovation, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including explicit executive-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to oversee organizational processes and support effective executive operations.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients, partners, and users of the platform.
- Candidates should possess Accounting-related skills to interpret financial reports, manage budgets, and support sound financial decision-making.
- Proven experience in executive leadership, preferably in SaaS, digital platforms, or event technology.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage remote teams, and drive measurable business results.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort working with data and KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
