Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Checklist, Shipping Bill, and E-Sachit Filing Specialist. The role involves preparing and verifying export documentation, including shipping bills, checklists, and related customs forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. The specialist will be responsible for timely E-Sachit filing, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as customs brokers, transporters, and clients.

Daily tasks include maintaining organized records, monitoring shipment status, updating inventory or shipment tracking systems, and resolving documentation discrepancies. The role requires close attention to detail, adherence to timelines,



and effective communication with the operations team to support smooth shipment processing.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving activities, including handling documentation and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
- Experience in Packing and Shipping processes to ensure goods are prepared, labeled, and dispatched correctly.
- Knowledge of Inventory Control practices, including tracking shipment documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations; Forklift Operation exposure is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or export-import documentation, especially with shipping bills and customs procedures.
- Familiarity with E-Sachit filing and related online customs platforms preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work with deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Comfort with computer-based work, including MS Office and basic data entry in logistics or ERP systems.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary certificate or diploma; a degree in Commerce, Logistics, or related field is an added advantage
