Job Role:- Customer Support Executive (Chat Process)

Domain:- E-Commerce – Chat

Location:- Permanent Work From Home

Job Type:- Contractual Job For 2 Months Only

Salary:- ₹18,000 CTC (₹14,800 In Hand) Per Month

Shifts:- Rotational Shifts

Work Days:- 6 Days A Week

Working Hours:- 9 Hours Shift

Week Offs:- 1 Rotational Week Off

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: 12th Pass
- Experience: Fresher / Experienced – Both Can Apply

Requirements:

1. Good English Communication
2. Must have a knowledge of Customer Support
3. Basic understanding of E-Commerce and Customer Service
4. Good typing & multitasking skills
5. Comfortable working in rotational shifts
6. Candidates must be comfortable with Work From Home





Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling customer queries and concerns through chat support.
2. Assist customers with E-Commerce related queries including orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, cancellations, etc.
3. Understand customer issues and provide accurate & timely resolutions.
4. Maintain qualified and effective communication.
5. Handle multiple chats efficiently while maintaining quality and response time.
6. Follow process guidelines and deliver excellent customer experience.

- HR Interview

- Typing Test: 30 WPM – 90% Accuracy
- Operations Interview
