Position: Customer Service / Banking Process International BPO

Location: Goregaon

Salary: Up to 28,000 In-Hand

Shift: Rotational 247 shifts, including night shifts

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Week Off: 2 Rotational Offs

Cab: One-way cab facility provided

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduation is mandatory

CIBIL score of 680+ is mandatory

Experience in Banking Process is mandatory

OR

Experience in Non-Voice / Back-Office Process is required

Valuable English communication skills are mandatory

Candidates should be comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts, including night shifts

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer/banking-related queries through the assigned process

Process and verify customer information and banking transactions

Maintain accuracy and follow process guidelines

Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of queries

- Maintain confidentiality of customer and banking information
