Job Responsibilities -
Respond to customer queries through live chat in a timely and skilled manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required. Eligibility

- Willingness to work rotational and night shifts.

Up to ₹17,000 per month - Retention Bonus: ₹20,000 (paid as per company policy upon successful completion of the applicable tenure)
